cProject App
The c-Project Mini Dashboard is an SAPUI5 based Fiori App for Project Management functions of SAP Portfolio and Project Management, which is designed for the non-HANA environment (SAP ECC / Net Weaver Gateway).
Project Mini Dash Board
Project Management (PPM) of SAP is a solution to handle the day-to-day project management aspects of a project. The Project Management project is managed in SAP Project Management (SAP PPM). The Project System project and SAP Internal Orders will be seamlessly integrated with Project Management project for financial accounting integration.
The “cProject Mini Dashboard” Mobile application will be used by project managers and project team members to access vital information about a project. Also, this application allows the user to update Tasks and Checklist items. A unique feature of the cProject application is Workflow approvals related to projects which are not available in the standard SAP PPM Project Management. Project Management Mobile Application will provide information about:
My project lists and details (based on the user login details)
- Project definition and dates
- Project Phases filtered based on the statuses, like ongoing and completed phases
- Project Phase date information and status
- Project Milestone tasks and the information about the milestones
- Project Roles and resource assignments
- Project Resources communication details such as email address and phone numbers
- Project Plan costs from Project system or Internal Order (Overall and Annual values)
- Project Actual costs from Project system or Internal Orders (Overall and Annual values)
- Project commitment from Project system or Internal Orders (Overall and Annual values)
- Project Planned revenue from Project system or Internal Orders (Overall and Annual values)
- Project Actual revenue from Project system or Internal Orders (Overall and Annual values)
- Project Budget from Project System or Internal Orders (Overall and Annual values)
- Project Notifications (workflow Approval) creation for My project tasks
- Project Notifications (workflow Approval) approval for My project tasks
- Task update for My Project tasks
- Checklist Item update for My Project Checklist Items
Note: - The “Search projects” can be used by any user to access any project information for which he or she is not assigned. But the “My projects”, “Notification creation”, “Notification Approvals” and “Tasks/Checklist items update” tiles can be used for your projects.
